If we cannot identify who is at the origin of the package we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund, even if the returned package is defective.

You can return unworn items by writing to us atSmartAccessDesign@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.

 

Exchange conditions for the purchase of jerseys

1) The packaging must be returned intact, as you received it;

2) The jerseys must be intact in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or washed, only tried on.

In the case of purchasing a pack benefiting from a promotion, the order may be subject to a refund in proportion to the number of products returned.

For example, if you bought a pack of 3 jerseys for €95 and you wish to have one refunded, we will reimburse you 1/3 of the purchase price, i.e. €31.67.
